Job summary

Kiowa Tribe Of Oklahoma seeks an experienced executive to oversee all programs under the Health and Human Services Division. The role provides leadership, administrative management, and operational development across Social Services, ICWA, Behavioral Health, and other health programs.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Health and Social Services, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate tribal governance, budgets, and regulatory requirements. Travel to meetings is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Social Services related fields required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in administration of health & human services programs.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Able to travel and attend meetings as needed.
• Knowledge of PL 93-638 contracts, tribal self-governance, Indian Health Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Kiowa Health and Human Services functions and set priorities for the division.
• Oversee fiscal management, grant management, and development of funding sources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls; coordinate reporting to the Chairman.
• Serve as liaison with staff, vendors, contractors, and the public.
• Forecast revenue against plans and advise executive leadership on projections.
