Job summary

Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma is seeking a Grant Director to lead the Tribe's grant portfolio across federal, state, and private funding and to supervise a team of Grant Writers embedded in the divisions they serve.

The role includes governance responsibilities, portfolio management, and coordination with compliance, finance, and program teams. The position requires 5+ years in grants management and a strong track record in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in Grants Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• CGMS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of grants management experience across the full lifecycle.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory work experience.
• Experience with grants management systems such as Euna, eCivis, AmpliFund, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Executes and implements the Kiowa Tribe's Master Grants Policy across departments.
• Oversees grant portals and reporting, budgets, and fund management.
• Provides guidance to directors and administrators running grant programs.
• Tracks budgets, expenditures, and reporting to funders on time.
• Supervises Grant Writers embedded in the divisions.
