Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the revenue lifecycle: build a profitable, predictable, scalable engine across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
• Set growth strategy with annual, quarterly, and monthly objectives, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
• Lead an integrated department aligning Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Events, Digital Marketing, E‑Commerce, and International Growth.
• Develop people and structure: strengthen leadership, succession plans, talent pipelines, and ownership culture.
• Use data to guide decisions: forecasting, dashboards, analytics, BI, resource allocation, and planning.
• Scale commercialization and markets: lead launches, channel development, and domestic/international expansion.
• Drive operational excellence: cross-functional planning and execution aligned with priorities.
• Steward investments: own Growth Dept budget; prioritize people, tech, programs based on impact.
