Job summary

Envista is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Business Unit Leader - Spark who will own the global Spark business and shape next growth platforms for Ormco. You’ll define strategy to sustain double-digit growth, expand market leadership and improve profitability.

This leader combines orthodontic domain expertise with a general management mindset, builds a high-performing team, and partners across R&D, software and commercial teams to land regional revenue and execute a multi-year innovation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in orthodontics, dental, MedTech or adjacent markets.
• Deep domain expertise in orthodontic workflows and digital adoption.
• Track record of disruptive innovations with meaningful commercial impact.
• Strong commercial acumen across growth strategy, pricing and market expansion.
• Travel: 25%-30%.

Responsibilities

• Own global Spark business performance including revenue growth, market share and profitability.
• Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies and portfolio roadmap.
• Lead annual strategic planning, investment prioritization and operating reviews.
• Build leadership bench and resource model for global scale.
• Partner with regional teams, R&D, software and commercial partners to land revenue.
