Job summary

Xora Innovation, a Silicon Valley stealth startup in San Jose, seeks an executive to define the commercial vision for a disruptive AI inference memory product. You will shape GTM strategy, partner ecosystems, and enterprise-ready offerings to drive growth in data-center markets.

Reporting to CEO, you will lead global sales initiatives, forecast revenue, and coordinate with R&D and operations to align product roadmap with customer demand and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the semiconductor or memory products industry, with at least 5–7 years in an executive commercial role.
• MBA or advanced technical degree is strongly preferred.
• Proven history of scaling multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue streams and negotiating complex enterprise contracts.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication economics, memory specifications, and AI computing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market to drive enterprise growth.
• Define market positioning for AI inference memory and data center ecosystems.
• Build and manage strategic partner and channel ecosystems to realize commercial vision.
• Lead product-market alignment including NPI launches coordinating marketing, engineering samples, and design-in wins.
• Direct global sales teams handling high-value enterprise and hyperscale customers.
• Forecast revenue and report to the board on commercial performance.
