Job summary

Xora Innovation, a Silicon Valley-based stealth start-up in San Jose, seeks a senior VP of Manufacturing to lead the fabrication, assembly, test, and packaging operations. You will shape the manufacturing strategy and oversee global production to enable high-volume output for memory products used in AI inference and data-center computing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive executive or senior leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, operations, or process/device engineering.
• At least 7+ years leading memory IDMs or semiconductor foundries.
• Strong ability to bring up new products and scale to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

Responsibilities

• Fab & Production Leadership: Oversee global high-volume semiconductor fabrication, assembly, test, and packaging operations and define a winning manufacturing strategy.
• Yield & Quality Optimization: Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, test coverage, reliability metrics, and cost competitiveness.
• CapEx & Technology Roadmaps: Own multi-million-dollar capital expenditure budgets for cleanroom expansion and equipment upgrades.
• Executive Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, CTO, and technology teams to align fab strategies with market demand and product lifecycles.
