The ideal candidate will have proven CBDO/BDM experience, strong strategic planning and leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of marketing/negotiation in the solar sector. Willingness to travel is required, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CBDO, Business Development Manager, or similar.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
• Knowledge of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Understanding of the solar energy industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the business development team to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop growth strategies and plans to improve market position and financial growth.
• Identify and source partnership opportunities to increase revenue and growth.
• Analyze trends and results to refine the company’s strategy.
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained growth.
• Collaborate with executives to align BD strategies and operations.
• Prepare business development reports for the Executive team and the Board.
