Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks an experienced Chief Growth Officer to accelerate revenue growth and expand our federal and international markets. Lead BD, capture, pricing, marketing, and strategic partnerships to build a profitable, sustainable pipeline.

You will oversee proposals, cost and pricing strategies, and contract vehicle planning while collaborating with operations, finance, HR, and executives to ensure growth aligns with Planate’s mission and diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Proven history of expanding federal market presence and winning contracts.
• Experience leading BD, capture, proposals, pricing, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year growth strategies aligned with Planate’s Strategic Plan.
• Lead federal BD, including procurements, SF330 submissions, IDIQs, MATOCs, and task order competitions.
• Drive a balanced worldwide contract portfolio across federal, international, and selected commercial markets.
• Oversee capture lifecycle, including qualification, strategy, teaming, and price-to-win.
• Provide executive oversight of proposals, cost/pricing, compliance, bid/no-bid decisions, and proposal quality.
• Lead marketing, branding, capability statements, thought leadership, and customer growth campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strategic contract vehicle and acquisition strategies.
• Establish pipeline reviews, capture gates, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Mentor a high-performing multicultural growth team across BD, capture, proposals, pricing, and marketing.
