Job summary

Fulfillment Fund, a longtime LA nonprofit focused on college access and success, seeks a strategic Vice President of Development to lead growth and diversification of fundraising revenue. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years progressive nonprofit fundraising experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in fundraising
• Proven track record securing major gifts from foundations, corporations and individuals
• Experience in education-focused fundraising and alumni programs is desirable
• Strong strategic vision and executive leadership presence

Responsibilities

• Lead development plan in collaboration with CEO and Board
• Diversify revenue through major gifts, foundations, corporate partnerships, annual giving and grants
• Oversee donor stewardship, engagement, and retention
• Develop and manage a multi-year fundraising pipeline with clear metrics
• Represent the organization at donor meetings and philanthropic events
• Mentor and develop development staff and ensure cross-functional collaboration with programs and finance
