Translate STRIVE’s growth plan into national and regional fundraising strategies.
Develop capacity to increase local fundraising and sustain sites financially.
Coordinate diverse revenue sources (institutional, government, corporate, individuals).
Lead major institutional proposals and growth capital opportunities.
Oversee a high-performing development team and drive accountability for revenue.
