Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership with revenue growth.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Proven track record selling to national accounts and managing enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy markets and EPC services.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the company’s commercial growth strategy as a member of the leadership team.
• Oversee integrated sales, marketing, and partnerships to drive top‑line growth.
• Lead CRM, forecasting, and KPI reporting for transparent executive visibility.
• Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and programmatic growth initiatives.
