Melink Solar is a leading commercial solar EPC firm seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the company's commercial growth as an executive team member. Remote-eligible, relocation to Cincinnati preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership with revenue growth.
• Experience building and leading teams that exceed targets.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and EPC services.
• Experience with IPPs, developers, financiers, and utilities.
• Knowledge of C&I solar EPC fundamentals and BESS.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution.
• Proven leadership and communication with C-suite and boards.
• Experience selling to national accounts and managing CRM, forecasting, and RFPs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as executive leader for integrated sales, marketing, and partnerships.
• Set long-term commercial roadmap to drive growth and market share.
• Align growth plans with capacity, margin, and delivery handoffs.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from leads to deal closure.
• Develop data-driven expansion plans and national account strategies.
• Manage CRM, forecasting cadence, KPIs, and dashboards for exec reporting.
• Lead proposal/RFP strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Develop partnerships with IPPs, financiers, utilities, and developers.
• Build new revenue channels and influence at industry events.
