Job summary

Melink Solar LLC is seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the company’s commercial growth from the executive team. Reporting to the CEO, this role owns strategy, revenue growth, brand building, and alignment of sales and marketing to accelerate Melink Solar’s mission.

The position is remote-eligible with relocation to Cincinnati preferred and requires building high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering profitable growth across national accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s Degree or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership with executive-level responsibility for revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy markets, EPC services, or infrastructure industries with strong partnerships.
• Solid understanding of C&I solar EPC fundamentals including utility bill analysis, solar proposal creation, roof mount, ground mount, and parking canopy project types.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated sales, marketing, and partnership functions to drive top-line growth.
• Develop strategic market analyses to identify high-opportunity geographic areas and verticals.
• Oversee national accounts, multi-site programs, and CRM discipline with accurate forecasting.
• Manage budgets, proposals, and RFP responses with cross-functional teams.
