Qualifications

Experience building high-performing teams and managing national accounts.
Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and EPC services.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated sales, marketing, and partnerships functions; build the long-term commercial roadmap.
Oversee national accounts, multi-site and enterprise customers; drive repeatable revenue programs.
Drive CRM adoption, forecasting cadence, and KPI reporting to the executive team.
Manage marketing budget, branding, and channel partnerships to enable profitable growth.
