Job summary

Melink Solar is seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the company’s commercial growth as a member of the executive leadership team. You will own strategy, revenue growth, brand building, and alignment of sales and marketing to accelerate Melink Solar's mission.

The ideal candidate will turn strategy into execution, develop high-performing teams, and drive profitable growth with IPPs, utilities, and developers across national accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership with executive-level responsibility for revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of renewable energy markets, EPC services, or infrastructure industries.
• Proven track record building and leading teams exceeding growth targets.
• Experience selling to national accounts and managing CRM discipline, forecasting, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated sales, marketing, and partnerships to drive top-line growth.
• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans across geographies and verticals.
• Build and coach high-performing sales and marketing teams with a culture of accountability.
• Oversee budget, lead generation, digital marketing, events, and CRM tools to support profitable growth.
