Brick Executive SEarch is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead a two-company growth engine in the consumer products and education space. You will unite talented marketers, channels, and data into a single accountable engine across both businesses.

This builder's role offers genuine authority, a seat on the executive team, and the chance to shape marketing from the ground up with modern tech, AI enablement, and an integrated operating model spanning marketing, sales, and technology.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of marketing leadership including running a full marketing function.
• Experience connecting email, creative, social, paid, and analytics into one engine.
• Fluency across B2B and multi-location retail/service.
• Comfort with building operating models rather than inheriting them.

Responsabilidades

• Overarching marketing strategy, brand positioning, segmentation, and customer journey across both companies, with every goal tied to a measurable business outcome
• Leadership and development of the marketing team, and the operating model that makes it perform
• National and grassroots campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and grassroots channels, and the budget and ROI behind them
• The full digital ecosystem: website, SEO and AEO, paid media, email and SMS, social, and analytics, held to real business impact
• The marketing technology stack, the in-flight CRM and automation implementation, and AI enablement across the function
• A close partnership with technology leadership through the platform rebuild
