Maev is seeking a Chief Growth Officer or Senior Vice President of Growth to own the full marketing engine, spanning performance, brand, and lifecycle. Reporting to the CEO, you will safeguard growth of the DTC business and lead a cross-functional team with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

This strategic, commercial leadership role demands a builder who can scale a category-defining brand, balance media mix, and coach talent while delivering sustained growth and healthy LTV:CAC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial and marketing leadership in CPG or DTC.
• Executive-level experience scaling both performance and brand marketing.
• Proven track record owning a marketing budget and driving growth.
• Fluency with the DTC funnel and digital experiences.
• Strong analytics with performance, attribution, and MMM knowledge.
• Experience leading CRM and lifecycle programs to lift LTV.

Responsabilités

• Own full-funnel growth vision, roadmap, forecast, and team.
• Set revenue, acquisition, and retention targets; translate to plans.
• Lead annual marketing planning in partnership with Finance.
• Define investment priorities to maximize growth and margin.
• Oversee channel strategy across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Manage Brand activations, creative, and cross-channel execution.
• Lead retention through email, SMS, and lifecycle programs.
• Develop data-driven reporting for execs and the board.
• Build and mentor a high-performing growth, brand, and lifecycle team.
