Job summary

Intelligent Change Inc. seeks a senior leader to own Marketing & Growth, shaping how the brand appears and scales globally. This remote, senior role will drive awareness, revenue, and long-term brand equity across brand, content, performance, and commerce.

You will work closely with the founder, build a modern marketing engine, and may grow into Chief Marketing Officer for the right person. This is a high-impact, remote leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building marketing systems, teams, or brands.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
• Brand-led growth thinker with focus on long-term value.
• Understanding of P&L, CAC, LTV, and MER.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the marketing vision across brand, content, performance, and e-commerce.
• Build and guide a high-performing marketing organization; hire and develop talent.
• Oversee organic and paid channels, content strategy, and community growth.
• Drive Shopify & Amazon performance with revenue and profitability accountability.
• Use data, experiments, and attribution to inform decisions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Strengthen retention, lifecycle marketing, email, and SMS programs.
