Job summary

Shriners International is seeking a strategic senior leader to design and implement an enterprise-wide membership growth strategy across its international network. You will coordinate technology, marketing, and governance initiatives to increase member engagement and organizational impact, while guiding education foundations and revenue diversification efforts.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related work experience.
• 7 years volunteer management experience.
• 5 years of strategy and Board Governance experience, including demonstrating a progressively expanding scope of work responsibilities and a track record of proven success.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead enterprise-wide membership growth strategies across three Shriners organizations.
• Oversee development of technology solutions, marketing, communications and governance.
• Coordinate with Boards, senior staff and volunteers to align programs with strategic goals.
• Ensure the health and vitality of Shriners International and related foundations through impactful programs and communications.
