Shriners International Education Foundation seeks a Senior Membership Education Manager to design and implement training, education, and leadership development for SI’s 200 chapters, 9,000 components, and ~150,000 members. You will manage education programming across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats and collaborate with sponsors to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• Understanding of curriculum development, theories of learning and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with executive education and administrative issues in certificate training programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Non-Profit or related field.

Responsabilités

• Operate with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and deploy an enterprise-wide education LMS.
• Lead development and expansion of the education portfolio and long-range educational plan.
• Research curricula, learning procedures and materials for online education programs.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to integrate education resources across SI's programs.
• Create and evaluate educational offerings within conferences and events.
• Identify, recruit and contract with educational speakers.
• Serve as staff resource to Education Committee and prepare agendas, reports and summaries.
