Job summary

Shriners International in Florida seeks a Senior Membership Education Manager to architect strategy and oversee education systems for SI's chapters, components, and members. You will lead curriculum design, delivery, and leadership development across conferences, online programs, and materials distribution.

You will collaborate with sponsors, manage education portfolios, and supervise multi-disciplinary teams to meet annual goals, including overseeing events such as the Marcom/Membership

Qualifications

• Knowledge of curriculum development and learning theories.
• Experience with executive education and certificate training programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify, deploy, and maintain an enterprise-wide education LMS to efficiently manage and advance education resources to specific outcomes.
• Lead the development and expansion of SIEF including strategy and daily activities of the education portfolio to specific member-driven outcomes.
• Research and evaluate curricula, learning procedures, and educational materials for online programming.
• Lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration of education resources to improve SI's program portfolio and services.
• Create, develop, implement and evaluate educational offerings within SIEF's and SI's conferences and related events.
• Identify, recruit and contract with educational speakers for SIEF's programs.
• Serve as a staff resource to the Education Committee including preparing agendas and summaries.
