Job summary

Shriners International seeks a Senior Membership Education Manager to lead strategy and execution of training, education, and leadership development across SI's 200 chapters, 9,000 components, and 150,000 members. This role guides curriculum design, delivery, and partnerships for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

You will collaborate with sponsors, manage an enterprise LMS, and drive member-driven outcomes through an expansive education portfolio and conferences.

Qualifications

• Budgeting basics and financial oversight in education programs.
• Curriculum development and program design for education offerings.
• Evaluation techniques for training effectiveness and impact.
• Experience with executive education and higher education administration.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Operate an enterprise-wide LMS to manage education resources.
• Lead development and daily management of SI's education portfolio.
• Design long-range education plans aligned with SI priorities.
• Research curricula, delivery modes, and materials for online education.
• Integrate education resources across internal/external events and conferences.
• Identify, recruit and contract educational speakers for programs.
• Prepare agendas, reports, and action items for the Education Committee.
