Shriners International seeks a strategic Chief Membership Development Officer to lead enterprise-wide systems, processes, and projects that drive fraternal growth across Shriners International, the Shriners International Education Foundation, and Shriners Hospital for Children.

You will oversee membership renewal efforts, develop new learning systems, and coordinate with boards and committees to sustain the organization’s growth and relevance in Masonry and the public image.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of related experience in membership development, governance and strategic planning.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide initiatives across multi-organization nonprofits.
• Experience managing volunteers and building strong governance with boards and committees.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead a comprehensive international membership strategy for Shriners International and its foundations.
• Manage technology, marketing, communications, and governance to grow membership and revenue.
• Provide staff liaison support to multiple board committees and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Plan and oversee the expansion of non-dues revenue and learning programs through new systems and events.
