Job summary

Stord is hiring a Vice President of Fulfillment to lead its nationwide omni-channel fulfillment network. You will champion safety and quality, establish best practices, and own the full P&L for the network while driving cost-savings initiatives and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Solutions, Implementations, IE, and Transportation teams to support new launches and ongoing operations, with a focus on delivering top-tier fulfillment performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs in FC/DC operations with 5+ yrs multi-facility P&L leadership.
• Leads FC leadership team, plans budgets and strategic decisions.
• Reinforces a culture of safety across the fulfillment network.
• Drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, service, productivity and costs.
• Strong metrics experience and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of delivering KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with partners to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a culture of safety and quality.
• Deliver world-class SLA compliance across omni-channel customers.
• Plan labor across all facilities and manage peak seasons.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Implementations, IE, Transportation and more.
• Standardize best practices network-wide.

• Manage regional directors of fulfillment.
• Own the comprehensive P&L.
