Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations leader to guide multi-site DC operations in the United States. You will drive safety, quality, and SLA performance across omni-channel fulfillment, with full P&L responsibility.

You will partner with Solutions, Implementations, Industrial Engineering, Transportation and other teams to plan labor, peak seasons, and cost-saving initiatives while coaching regional directors and shaping the operations strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FC/DC operations leadership with 5+ years in multi-facility fulfillment and P&L responsibility.

What You'll Need:

Successful career (10+ yrs) in FC and/or DC Operations leadership with at least 5 years of direct experience in multi-facility fulfillment center management positions with P&L responsibility. This should be a leader with a talent for lean systems thinking, comprehensive knowledge of business operations and strategic planning skills, as well as extensive customer fulfillment, warehousing, and materials handling experience.
