Athens Services is seeking a Vice President of Fleet Strategy, Maintenance & Capital Planning to lead the end-to-end performance of the fleet and related assets in Los Angeles. You will drive strategy, capital investments, and maintenance programs to ensure safety, reliability, and strong customer service.

Leadership across maintenance, fleet support, and facilities teams will be essential as you partner with executive leaders to optimize cost, uptime, and lifecycle value while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in fleet maintenance, strategy, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term fleet strategy aligned with growth and sustainability.
• Lead capital planning for fleet acquisition, replacement, and infrastructure.
• Oversee maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle across diverse equipment.
• Direct cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to align on priorities.
• Provide regular executive reporting on fleet performance, risks, and investments.
