Overview:

Heritage Recruiters is proud to partner with a high-growth technology company in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, planning, and operations during a pivotal growth phase. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for steering the company’s financial direction, ensuring fiscal discipline, and enabling data-driven decision-making that accelerates scalability and innovation.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a finance executive with experience in fast-paced technology environments, venture-backed growth, and strategic corporate development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth goals and long-term vision
• Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive performance, capital strategy, and operational efficiency
• Lead capital raising activities including investor relations, debt/equity financing, and M&A evaluations
• Build and lead a world-class finance and accounting team to support rapid expansion
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax filings, and internal controls
• Develop and implement metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate company performance
• Serve as a key voice in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management

Requirements:

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership, including CFO experience at a technology or high-growth company
• Proven track record managing investor relations, capital raises, and financial operations at scale
• Strong background in FP&A, GAAP compliance, audit, and financial systems
• Experience leading financial strategy in venture-backed or PE-backed environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Base Salary: $350K+ (commensurate with experience)
• Annual performance bonus and long-term incentive opportunities (equity)
