What You Will Be Doing

What You Won’t Be Doing

1. Overseeing a traditional finance department – we're building systems, not expanding headcount
2. Getting bogged down in routine monthly closing procedures or transaction approvals

Your core mission : Create and implement a revolutionary AI-powered finance system capable of autonomously managing multiple billion-dollar educational ventures with minimal human oversight.

Basic Requirements

1. Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
2. Proven track record in financial leadership at $100M+ organizations
3. Substantial audit experience : either 5+ years at a top 10 firm or equivalent experience being audited
4. Deep expertise with enterprise-level ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
5. Demonstrated success in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for business applications
6. Geographic location within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones

Nice-to-have Requirements

1. Understanding of U.S. K-12 education landscape, including private, charter, and ESA programs
2. Track record of successfully implementing finance automation or AI solutions
3. Experience navigating financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours / week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
