Passero Associates is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations in a fully remote environment. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive financial planning, risk management, compliance, and reporting to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
3. Manage cash flow, risk, audits, and compliance activities.
4. Build and lead a remote finance team.
5. Partner with the CEO and board on fundraising and investor relations.

Requirements

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in financial management, planning, and compliance.
• Experience with remote teams and digital finance tools.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience in high-growth or tech-driven environments is a plus.

Compensation

Salary starting at $180,000 annually plus discretionary bonuses.
