The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive team, responsible for the overall financial health and strategy of INTUS Windows. This role involves developing and implementing financial plans, managing financial risks, and ensuring that the company's financial operations support its strategic goals. The CFO will provide leadership to the finance team, oversee all financial functions, and work closely with the CEO and board of directors to drive growth, innovation, and long-term success.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to optimize resource allocation, manage risks, and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements, both domestically and internationally if applicable.
- Drive digital transformation and automation in financial processes to enhance efficiency and support the company's growth.
- Collaborate with other executives to align financial strategies with operational and strategic objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management, investments, and capital structure to maintain financial stability and support expansion.
- Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role (e.g., CFO or VP of Finance).
- Demonstrated success in shaping financial strategy and driving growth, ideally in a technology-driven or manufacturing setting.
- Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives and ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and investor relations.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a significant advantage.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Primarily remote work environment with occasional in-office meetings or site visits as needed.
- Extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Use of ergonomic office equipment, including dual monitors and a laptop.
- Ability to work extended hours during key financial periods, such as audits, budgeting, or strategic planning.
