About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company transforming healthcare technology, seeks a CFO to lead financial operations, oversee M&A activity, and contribute to strategic growth. This fully remote, U.S.-based team of ~200 employees values strategic thinking, humility, and operational involvement. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive innovation and ensure financial health, supporting the company's next expansion phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Accounting teams (6 employees)
