TruStage is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial vision and operations. This role involves financial forecasting, accounting, budgeting, and overseeing the company's financial activities and investments. The CFO will collaborate with fintech partners, credit union stakeholders, and internal teams to foster growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Accounting & Fiscal Operations

• Lead accounting operations, audits, and financial reporting
• Implement controls to enhance accuracy and transparency

Revenue Oversight

• Negotiate partnership contracts and financial terms with fintechs and vendors
• Manage and optimize MDC’s revenue portfolio, including investments and royalties

Strategic Business Guidance

• Align financial performance with organizational goals
• Assess financial implications of innovation initiatives

Team & Culture Leadership

• Mentor and develop finance and administrative teams
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of leadership experience, C-suite preferred
• Expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis
• Experience with revenue models, equity partnerships, or venture investing is a plus
• Proven contract negotiation skills and strategic relationship management
• Knowledge of fintech or credit union environments is desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $163,800 to $304,600, with potential bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
