Integrity, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to align PHP’s field distribution with home office operations, carrier partners, and strategic stakeholders. This executive role strengthens field relationships, preserves culture, resolves complex issues, and supports business growth across the organization.

The VP will partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology to improve service delivery, boost placement rates, and ensure consistent standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of leadership experience in insurance distribution or financial services.
• Proven experience supporting field sales organizations and independent agents.
• Strong conflict resolution and relationship-management skills.
• Experience conducting sensitive conversations and investigations.
• Ability to travel domestically and engage with field leaders.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison between the field and home office.
• Foster relationships with leaders across all levels of the organization.
• Navigate complex field dynamics and partnerships while maintaining neutrality.
• Provide guidance on organizational structures and field alignment.
• Support escalation resolution and enforcement of standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Carrier Partners to resolve issues.
