Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Director of Community Engagement to own the parent-facing leadership alongside Guides, managing sensitive conversations and protecting authority while growing campus communities. This on-site, full-time role spans multiple campuses, including Boca Raton.

Compensation is $200,000 per year, with Park City at $250,000, and relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. You will build traditions, partnerships, and local networks, drive admissions follow-through,

Qualifications

5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families, clients, donors, or members, driving retention/advocacy.
Ability to make firm decisions with demanding stakeholders without sacrificing relationships.
Clear, concise communication that earns confidence with affluent families.

Responsibilities

Own the relationship with every family on campus and lead hard conversations.
Operate as the parent-facing co-leader alongside Guides and align before/after sensitive conversations.
Make real-time calls in ambiguous situations and escalate high-risk matters immediately.
Build campus community through traditions, parent networks, and local partnerships.
Own growth contributions for campus phase, including admissions follow-through and retention strategies.
