Job summary

ICL seeks an exceptional leader to oversee Facilities and Procurement Operations with an enterprise-wide view on infrastructure, vendor management, and spending. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, operations, or engineering.
• 12–15+ years across facilities operations, procurement/sourcing and vendor management.
• 7+ years in executive leadership roles; nonprofit/healthcare/multi-site background preferred.
• Engineering degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise spend across facilities and procurement (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Lead centralized procurement strategy and vendor governance.
• Drive capital planning and 15-year capital improvement planning.
• Manage vendor contracts for HVAC, electrical, safety systems, cleaning, security, utilities, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit funding requirements and audit standards.
• Build and lead a multi-layered team across facilities, procurement, and vendor management.
