Job summary

PCI Federal, a Tribally Owned federal contractor, seeks a President to lead the enterprise and its eighteen SBA 8(a)/SDB entities. You will shape and execute the strategic direction, oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance, and ensure compliance across FAR/DFARS, DCAA/DCMA, and cybersecurity requirements.

Top-tier executive leadership is required to drive growth toward multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue, manage complex subsidiary portfolios, and report to the Board and tribal leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent executive-level GOVCON experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refresh of Strategic Plan with measurable objectives.
• Direct business development strategy, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance, ethics, internal controls, and risk management in a tribally owned govcon enterprise.
• Oversee multiple LLCs, governance, and enterprise-wide shared services.
• Drive growth, profitability, and effective customer/agency relationships.
