Job summary

PCI Federal, a Tribally Owned Enterprise, seeks a President to lead enterprise-wide strategy, growth, and financial performance across PCI Federal and its subsidiary LLCs. You will work with the Board of Directors, Corporate Officers, and sector presidents to set strategic direction, drive revenue, and manage risk in a highly regulated federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of verifiable senior or executive GOVCON experience with growth and leadership.
• Experience in tribally owned enterprises or complex multi-entity 8(a)/GOVCON is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SBA 8(a) requirements and multi-LLC governance.
• FAR/DFARS, federal procurement, contracting and subcontracting compliance and internal-control experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain PCI Federal's culture, mission, values, and strategic direction.
• Lead Strategic Plan development with measurable enterprise objectives.
• Direct the Enterprise's business development strategy, budgets and forecasts, resources allocation.
• Ensure compliance, ethics, internal-control, and risk-management programs across the enterprise.
• Present annual budgets and performance updates to Corporate Officers and Board of Directors.
