Job summary

PCI Federal seeks an experienced executive to shape enterprise strategy and oversee growth, financial performance, and risk management for the federal contracting portfolio. The role reports to the CEO with guidance from COO/CFO and requires close collaboration with the Ecke Board of Directors.

The President will drive annual budgets, pursue growth opportunities, ensure governance compliance, and lead executive leadership development across PCI Federal and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred; equivalent executive GOVCON experience may be considered.
• 12+ years of senior or executive GOVCON leadership experience.
• Experience in tribally owned or complex multi‑entity GOVCON enterprises is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead growth, manage a federal contracting portfolio, and report to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, and sustain PCI Federal's culture, mission, values, and strategic direction.
• Lead Strategic Plan development and refresh with measurable objectives.
• Define entity roles within the Strategic Plan and establish accountability.
• Direct business development, financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, backlog, cash flow, and risk; implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to the Board of Directors and officers.
• Ensure compliance, ethics, internal controls, and risk-management programs for a federal contractor.
