Job summary

PCI Federal seeks a President to drive enterprise-wide strategy, growth, and financial performance across PCI Federal and its LLCs. You will lead the executive management team, align subsidiary leaders with board-approved plans, and oversee compliance with SBA 8(a), FAR/DFARS, and related federal requirements.

The role reports to the CEO with support from the COO/CFO and requires heavy interaction with the Ecke Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of senior or executive GOVCON experience.
• Experience leading tribally owned, 8(a)/GOVCON multi-entity enterprises strongly preferred; tribal ownership desirable.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret DoD clearance.
• Willing to relocate to Huntsville, Alabama, or DC area.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, and sustain PCI Federal’s culture, mission, and strategic direction.
• Lead Strategic Plan development with measurable objectives and annual budgets.
• Define each entity’s role within the Strategic Plan and establish accountability.
• Direct business development strategy, allocate resources, and set performance expectations.
• Maintain executive accountability for revenue, profitability, and cash flow; monitor risks.
• Present budgets and forecasts to Officers and Board; provide performance updates.
• Ensure compliance and risk-management programs for a federal contractor.
• Identify and manage financial, operational, contractual, and cybersecurity risks.
• Oversee enterprise growth opportunities and potential acquisitions or partnerships.
• Lead senior leadership development and succession planning.
