Job summary

PCI Federal, a Tribally Owned Enterprise, seeks a President to lead enterprise-wide strategy, growth, and execution across PCI Federal and its subsidiary LLCs from San Antonio, TX.

The President reports to the CEO and collaborates with the COO and CFO and the Ecke Board of Directors to achieve revenue, profitability, backlog, and growth while ensuring compliance and risk management. Will relocate per business needs to Huntsville, AL or the DC area.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, or related field is preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Twelve or more years of senior/executive GOVCON experience with growth and leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience in tribally owned enterprises or multi-entity 8(a)/GOVCON environments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise growth and manage a complex federal contracting portfolio toward substantial revenue.
• Solid understanding of FAR/DFARS, government contracting compliance, and internal-control environments.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance (DoD).

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, and sustain PCI Federal’s culture, mission, values, and strategic direction.
• Lead the Strategic Plan and set measurable enterprise and subsidiary performance objectives.
• Define each entity’s role within the Strategic Plan and establish accountability for performance.
• Direct the Enterprise’s business development, operations, and financial performance; guide budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance, ethics, risk-management, and cybersecurity standards across the Enterprise.
• Provide regular performance and risk updates to the CEO, Officers, and Board.
