Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; equivalent executive GOVCON experience may be considered.
• Twelve or more years of senior/executive GOVCON leadership experience.
• Experience with tribally owned enterprises and multi-entity 8(a)/GOVCON structures preferred.
• Proven track record in growing enterprises and managing large federal contracting portfolios.
• Understanding of SBA 8(a) requirements, FAR/DFARS, DCAA/DCMA, and related compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Shared Services supporting multiple LLCs/business units.
• Strong executive leadership and succession planning capabilities.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Top-Secret DoD clearance.
• Willingness to relocate to Huntsville, AL or reside near Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, and sustain PCI Federal Enterprise culture, mission, and strategic direction.
• Lead strategic plan development and periodic refresh with measurable objectives.
• Define roles of entities within the strategic plan and establish accountability.
• Direct business development, operational execution, and financial performance; guide budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain executive accountability for revenue, profitability, cash flow, backlog, and risk.
• Present budget and P&L approvals and provide regular performance updates to the Board.
• Ensure compliance, ethics, internal controls, and risk-management across the enterprise.
• Identify and manage material risks across financial, operational, contractual, and cybersecurity domains.
• Oversee acquisitions, joint ventures, mentor-protégé arrangements, and growth opportunities.
