Job summary

PCI Federal seeks a President to guide enterprise-wide strategy across PCI Federal and its subsidiary LLCs, reporting to the CEO. You will lead the executive team to drive revenue, profitability, cash flow, backlog, and growth, while protecting tribal interests and ensuring compliance with SBA/8(a) and government requirements.

The role requires relocation to Huntsville, Alabama, or DC area, with oversight of financial performance, risk management, and strategic partnerships in a complex GOVCON

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred; equivalent executive GOVCON experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, and sustain the culture, mission, values, and strategic direction.
• Lead Strategic Plan development and ensure accountability for performance.
• Direct business development strategy, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance, ethics, internal-control, and risk-management programs.
• Provide executive oversight to direct reports and report to Board of Directors.
