The CEO reports to the Board and oversees senior leadership, with emphasis on financial stability, program excellence, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic social service environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead through change with integrity and empathy.
• Strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset to scale impact.
• Experience growing diversified revenue including major gifts and grants.
• Deep understanding of mental/behavioral health and social services.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
