Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Seattle, WA. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and resources of the company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations. Daily tasks include strategic planning, decision-making, managing the senior executive team, financial performance tracking, and representing the company in legal and business negotiations.

Pay: Purchase Shares Based: For equities, voting rights and net profits.

Qualifications

• Finance skills including budgeting, investment analysis, and financial reporting
• Operations Management skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Proficient in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive growth and achieve organizational goals
• Sales skills to drive revenue generation and client relations
• Exceptional leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Seattle, WA
• Experience in global or multinational firms is a plus
• Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
