Chief Executive Officer – Private Equity-backed Commercial/Structural Construction Services – High Growth

Our client is a highly innovative private equity-sponsored commercial/structural construction services enterprise operating out of the Pacific Northwest. The business is moving forward with a strategy to expand their operational footprint through acquisitive means to serve a wider geographic customer base.

We are seeking an experienced middle-market construction and/or fabrication services executive who can effectively deliver on the growth mandate and lead the advancement of all functions across this organization. The CEO will have full P&L ownership and will be responsible for establishing process, ramping up project delivery capabilities, ensuring accountability and integrating fulfilment across the company. They will be responsible for improving visibility across the entire organization, professionalizing all operations and driving significant organic and acquisitive growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into both governmental entities (federal, state, municipalities) as well as private clients (commercial and residential). They will ideally come from a structural engineering industry background, for example commercial building, bridge construction or infrastructure projects.

The CEO will be working directly with an experienced private equity partner and equity will be offered as part of the overall compensation incentive structure.
