Job summary

AutoRABIT Holding Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead SRE and Corporate IT for a secure, scalable AI-focused environment.

You will partner across Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance to drive operational excellence, meet FedRAMP requirements, and support a distributed US and global workforce with reliable technology operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, SRE, or enterprise technology teams.
• 5+ years in executive or senior leadership roles managing multiple tech organizations.
• Proven experience with SRE, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise operations.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or regulated frameworks.
• Strong enterprise IT, network, identity, and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technology operations strategy with the CTO.
• Lead SRE and Corporate IT, building high performing teams.
• Own platform reliability, incident response, observability, and compliance.
• Establish SLOs/SLIs and operational KPIs; manage major incidents.
• Champion automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Oversee enterprise IT services, identity management, endpoints, networking, and collaboration tools.
• Partner with Security/Compliance for FedRAMP and regulatory programs.
• Present metrics and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as executive leader during critical customer escalations and incidents.
