Covera Health is seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead the Engineering and Platform/IT organizations, owning architecture, standards, and execution. You will guide a team of about 30 engineers and AI specialists, partnering with the CPTO to drive technology strategy that supports our products and patients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering and leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and engineering managers.
• Strong product instincts and ability to align tech strategy with business needs.
• Experience with ML/AI engineering teams or AI/ML platforms.
• Experience operating in startup or growth-stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technology organization of ~30 people across Engineering, AI, and Platform/IT.
• Partner with CPTO to translate strategy into technical execution and delivery.
• Develop engineering leaders and foster ownership, accountability, and quality.
• Improve engineering practices to deliver reliable, scalable software.
• Communicate decisions and risks clearly to executives and teams.
