You will collaborate closely with the CPTO to translate strategy into executable plans while remaining engaged in design reviews and complex technical decisions.

You will build a high-performing engineering culture, establish standards, scale reliable systems, and drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, AI, and Platform/IT

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven track record building data-intensive platforms.
• Experience leading ML/AI teams and initiatives.
