Covera Health seeks a seasoned engineering leader to guide the Engineering and Platform/IT organizations, owning architecture and ensuring hands-on delivery. You will collaborate closely with the CPTO to translate strategy into executable plans while remaining engaged in design reviews and complex technical decisions.

You will build a high-performing engineering culture, establish standards, scale reliable systems, and drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, AI, and Platform/IT
