Job summary

Covera Health is seeking a Product Manager to own and expand our Protect AI and Protect Seniors products and future offerings. You will partner with Engineering, Clinical, and customers to translate healthcare needs into scalable product features, focusing on platforms, data, and APIs rather than polished UI.

The role demands a technical, AI‑savvy leader who can drive a clear roadmap, define requirements, measure success, and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders in a fast‑paced, healthcare SaaS

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong technical background with platforms, API specs, and data in the background.
• Healthcare SaaS or health tech experience.
• SQL, Python, and JSON proficiency.
• Ability to analyze data to answer product and business questions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work with internal teams and customers focused on metrics/reports rather than UI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to radiology is helpful but not required.
• Experience at a large technology company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Stakeholder Discovery: understand needs and translate to product direction.
• Vision & Roadmap: own vision and roadmap for products.
• Platform & API Delivery: design and deliver platform capabilities and APIs.
• Requirements: write detailed product requirements with traceability.
• Technical Review: review specs and provide feedback.
• Product Strategy: identify gaps to inform a unified vision.
• Success Metrics & Reporting: define metrics and reporting.
• AI-Enabled Discovery & Delivery: use AI tools for rapid prototyping.
• Process Leadership: promote best practices across teams.
• Communication: communicate priorities and risks clearly.
